Reginald Johnson, also known as "Reggie Regg," is a native of Washington, D.C. At only two years old, Reggie started showing interest in playing drums and got his first opportunity to explore his musical gift at church.

Reginald Johnson, also known as "Reggie Regg," is a native of Washington, D.C. At only two years old, Reggie started showing interest in playing drums and got his first opportunity to explore his musical gift at church.
Not only does Reggie have a love for music, but he enjoys working with young people. He believes in giving back, thus he spends some of his time working with the youth as a drum instructor. His students range from the ages of three years old and up. According to Reggie, “Somebody mentored me therefore, I was given this gift to be a mentor.” One of his other goals in life is to one day open a music school, where he can nurture the gift of music in others.
INNOVATOR
As an innovative musician, Reggie believes in the power of music. His experience in studio recording, music production, music instruction, live performances, touring and mentoring has created a solid platform for his diversity and expertise in the industry, both here and abroad. His personal relationships with other working musicians, like Aaron Spears, Paul "Buggy" Edwards, Fou Fou, Joey Heredia, Luke Austin, Bennie Rodgers II, Ron Powell, Teddy Campbell and others, have played a significant role in his professional and personal growth as a musician. In essence, Reggie stands on his mantra: “When you work hard, pray and stay focused, your gift will make room for you.”
